Scope of Services

Limitless EJS provides branding, marketing, consulting, influencer management, and business support services as outlined on our website and agreed upon in writing. All services are tailored to each client and delivered according to the terms specified in your individual contract or project agreement.

Payments & Cancellations

Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are issued upon service agreement and must be paid by the date stated. Late or missed payments may result in paused services or cancellation. If you need to cancel a project, written notice is required. No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

Client Responsibilities & Limitations

Clients agree to provide accurate, timely information and feedback to ensure services can be delivered effectively. Limitless EJS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All materials created by Limitless EJS remain our property until full payment is received.
